Ok, so obviously I have important things to do around here in relation to moving and packing, but it's important to hang with your friends before you leave, right? Especially if that involves lots of yarn and yarn-producing animals.
Yes, I am yet again neglecting all packing and organizing initiatives this weekend and heading to the Michigan Fiber Festival!!!!!!
I went last year and it was great. I got some great deals on yarn and discovered my love of Alpacas. This year, no matter how good the deal, I REALLY shouldn't spend money on yarn. But we are doing this trip on the cheap - camping overnight Saturday and cooking over a fire (such a glorious pasttime) so I can probably swing a giant hank of yarn or two.
Only 3-ish more days - I can't wait!

So, I just looked at the weather and it looks like rain in the morning and clear skies after that for the rest of the night and into sunday where it will be in the 60's. Perfect camping weather. WOOOHOOO SMORES!
