Olympics day 16--your vote counts

I went to M&J Trimings today and found the perfect buttons for my sweater. The problems is, there were TWO perfect buttons. So... I need help. Which do you like better? Anyone who's seen this in person is as torn as I am so I put this out into the Internet in hopes that you can help.

You should know the blue ones are more subtle and tealish-turquoise than in the picture; they were really difficult to capture....

Please leave a comment and let me know what you think. I am so torn, and the olymics are over tomorrow, meaning my project must be done tomorrow too! *gulp*

I can see why you're torn. My initial instinct was to go for the ones on the left, but if the blue is more subtle, then I could really see that working too. Maybe it would help to think what you would wear it with?

Being a blue girl, I am most partial to the lovelies on the right. But the yellow on the left are softer and more subtle. So, what's your desired effect?

Left, please. The blue are cute, but I like the less contrasty yellowy-brown ones, myself.

I don't think you can go wrong with either of them but my instinct is that the gold goes better with the red.

My gut is to go with the goldy ones on the left, but the blue are cute and funky too. For me, it would depend on what you plan to wear it with most. But, I think my final vote is for the gold.

The blue is really cute, wearing a matching tank underneath it? But the more neutral ones are good too cause you could wear different colors with it.

I can't wait to see this finished! Would you recommend it? I wanna make a crocheted sweater now!
